Peru - the best thing ever, rocoto relleno, stuffed pepper. the lady who sold them out of a box on the street would always change locations around the market, and i´d do laps around it trying to find her from Sunday market in Pisac Mates (tea made with stuff other than tea leaves like anis, chamomille, coca)... or in English, math!
